Repair

Service Description

This booking is for repairs only ( not a service ). Please describe your caravans fault at the bottom of the page. If we need to contact you for more information we will call you ( eg. to make sure we stock correct part ). The call out charge for repairs is £60 which includes first our of labour, it is then £40 per additional hour. All parts are priced individually. We reserve the right to refuse any appointments if the repair work is excessive for a call out or unsafe to carry out. We currently only carry out work on vehicles under 20 years old.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations please contact us at least 48 hours before appointment. Please note: whilst we try our upmost to keep all requested appointments we may occasionally contact you to re-book if we cannot fulfil the requested appointment e.g. if we don't have an engineer available in your area for the requested time of that particular day. The Caravan Crew reserves the right to cancel any appointment.
